Most roof problems are cheap when caught early and expensive after a season of leaks. An inspection finds lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots and loose flashing before they rot decking.
After a hurricane or tropical storm, an inspection also creates the record your insurer needs: dated photos, measurements and a description of the damage.
